ABOUT DELIVERY 

We deliver our products all over Hungary. In case a delivery address is in Budapest or on the outskirts of Budapest, you can check our delivery days on our website (Monday to Friday). If you live in the countryside, your order will be delivered to you through our contracted forwarding partner, because of that we’ll inform you in an e-mail about the date of the delivery. If you need more information about the countryside delivery please check out our webpage for it.

Our prices are the gross prices and they include VAT.

In the case the delivery address is in Budapest, our fees are as follows:

• • Free delivery if your order value is more than 6490 HUF
  • Your delivery fee will be 1000 HUF if your order value is 6489 HUF or less.
  • the minimum order is 4000 HUF
  • In case of multiple days cleanse packages, home delivery is free.

In the case the delivery address is in the Budapest metropolitan area, our fees are as follows:

• • if your order value is more than 10000 HUF then the delivery fee is 1500 HUF
  • If the order value is less than 10000 HUF, the delivery fee is 2500 HUF

Orders placed by 2pm could be delivered as early as next morning.

Orders sent after 2 pm will be delivered on the second working day at the earliest. You can check your delivery date on the website after you make your order.

Our courier will arrive at your address between 7am and 12 pm. In case you are on a cleanse program and you would like to start it at the day of the delivery, please let us know about it in the COMMENT section. Also, please inform us  of  the earliest morning hour when we could deliver the daily cleanse package to you.

In order for smooth delivery, please indicate accurately the name and the number on the doorbell, the number of the building etc. THANK YOU!

In case you are on a cleanse program and you would like to start it on the day of the delivery, please let us know about it in the COMMENT section. Also, please inform us of the earliest morning hour when we can deliver the daily fasting package to you.

• Name on the doorbell and the number of the doorbell.
• The number of the building.
• Name of the recipient.
• Earliest date of delivery.

(For example, you asked for the order to be delivered to your workplace, but before 10 am there is no one in the building to receive the package. This is the piece of information that we are very happy about 🙂
