ABOUT DELIVERY 

If your delivery address is in Budapest, you can check our delivery days on our website (only workday, from Monday to Friday except Thursday). If you live in the countryside, your order will be delivered by our contracted forwarding partner. In this case, we will notify you via email about the delivery date. For more information on countryside deliveries, please visit our website.

Our prices are gross prices and include VAT.

1. Delivery fees for Budapest:

  • Free delivery for orders over 6,490 HUF
  • 1,500 HUF delivery fee for orders of 6,489 HUF or less
  • Minimum order value: 5,000 HUF
  • Free home delivery for multi-day cleanse packages

Delivery schedule:

  • We deliver on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • No deliveries on Thursday

2. For locations outside Budapest in Hungary / COUNTRYSIDE:

  • Minimum order: 10,000 HUF
  • Our delivery partner is GLS, and the shipping fee is calculated on a weight-based system by our website, which displays the shipping amount on our checkout page.
  • For MPL package delivery, the shipping fee is 15,000 HUF.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Deliveries are made on working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • No deliveries are available for orders arriving on Monday!
  • All ordered multi-day cleanse packages are shipped at once: one portion will be sent fresh upon request, and the other portion will be flash-frozen.
  • Our contracted shipping partner delivers the product in a refrigerated box; however, you are responsible for ensuring the necessary cooling conditions after delivery.
  • Fresh juice, lemonade, shots, plant-based milk, and packages assembled from these products are perishable.
  • Flash-frozen products retain their quality for up to 179 days from the day of delivery when stored in a freezer at a minimum of -16°C (or lower) in their original, unopened packaging; once thawed, they are consumable for up to 4 days.
  • Our fresh products require refrigeration. The required temperature range is indicated on the bottle.
  • Since all our products are perishable and only maintain their quality for a short period, the right of withdrawal or cancellation cannot be exercised. The only exception is for our non-food items, such as branded caps, bags, cooling bags, clothing, etc.

Please note that if you experience any quality issues after receiving the product, do not hesitate to contact us, as we always strive to resolve any problems that may arise.

Orders placed by 2 PM may be delivered as early as the next morning.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered on the second working day at the earliest. You can check your delivery date on our website after placing your order.

Our courier will arrive at your address between 7am and 12 pm. In case you are on a cleanse program and you would like to start it at the day of the delivery, please let us know about it in the COMMENT section. Also, please inform us  of  the earliest morning hour when we could deliver the daily cleanse package to you.

In order for smooth delivery, please indicate accurately the name and the number on the doorbell, the number of the building etc. THANK YOU!

If you’re on a cleanse program and would like to start it on the day of delivery, please let us know in the COMMENT section. Also, indicate the earliest time in the morning when we can deliver your daily fasting package.

  • Any other relevant information

(For example, if you requested the order to be delivered to your workplace but no one is available to receive the package before 10 AM, please let us know. We appreciate this information as it helps ensure a smooth delivery process.)

IF YOUR JUICES ARRIVE FLASH FROZEN…

If you’d like to enjoy your flash-frozen juices, place them in a container with lukewarm water (around 30-35°C). Do not soak the bottles in hot water! SUPERJUICE products are truly fresh-pressed, living food / juices, so excessive heat can harm their quality.

If you’re not in a hurry, simply place the bottles in the fridge to defrost. They will be ready in about 8-12 hours, depending on your fridge’s internal temperature.

Once thawed, the juices are safe to consume for up to 4 days, just like fresh juices. Keep the thawed juices refrigerated until consumption.

If you want to drink your shock-frozen juices later, you can store them in the freezer for up to 180 days from delivery.

We encourage you to reuse the insulated box in which the shipping partner delivered your juices! It can be quite useful, especially during hot summer days. If your freezer doesn’t have enough space, you can temporarily store the bottles in the cooling box for 1-2 days—just make sure to keep the box in a cool place, closed properly, and add some ice packs for extra safety.
